Getting help moving your data
We'll move your data for you on the Pro plan.
This feature is part of the Pro plan, and is included during your free trial.
On the Pro plan, we'll move your data for you at no extra cost.
- 1Export your data from your current software (client list, and anything else it lets you export).
- 2Email support@cliniqsync.com from your account email and tell us which software you're moving from.
- 3We'll reply with a secure way to send us the files. Never email client records as attachments.
- 4We import it and let you know when it's done.
Tip
Plan the move for a quiet day, and keep your old software running until you've checked everything arrived.
