Card payment fees and payouts

What card payments cost and when the money arrives.

  • Fees: Stripe's standard processing fee per payment, taken before it reaches your bank. See Stripe's Canadian pricing for current rates. CliniqSync adds nothing on top, and there are no monthly or setup fees.
  • Payouts: Stripe sends your money to your bank on its regular schedule. You can see and change it in your Stripe Dashboard.
  • Refunds, disputes and statements are all in your Stripe Dashboard. Open it from Settings → Payments.
