Card payments
Pausing card payments or disconnecting Stripe
Turn card payments off temporarily or for good.
Pause
In Settings → Payments, turn off Accept card payments. Card options are hidden, but Stripe stays connected. Turn it back on any time.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect in Settings → Payments. Card payments and pay links stop working in CliniqSync.
Good to know
Disconnecting doesn't close your Stripe account or touch your money. Payments you've already taken still pay out to your bank. Reconnect later and everything comes back.
