Emailing receipts and downloading PDFs
Send receipts automatically or by hand.
Automatically
With Email receipts automatically on (Settings → Business info → Receipts & insurance), the client gets their receipt by email, with the PDF attached, as soon as the invoice is paid in full. Visits fully paid by direct billing are skipped.
By hand
Open the invoice and click Email, or PDF to download it.
Good to know
The client needs an email address on their profile to receive receipts.
