Your logo, signature and terms on receipts
Make receipts look professional and insurance-ready.
In Settings → Business info → Receipts & insurance:
- Clinic logo: shown at the top of receipts, invoices, statements and client emails. A wide PNG with a transparent background looks best.
- Signature: insurers ask for your signature on receipts. Sign on white paper, take a photo, crop it close and upload it.
- Terms: printed at the bottom of every receipt and invoice, for example your cancellation policy.
The logo and signature save the moment you upload them.
