A client's profile brings everything about them together:
- Contact details and preferences
- Visits: past and upcoming appointments
- Notes: their SOAP notes
- Forms and consents
- Insurance plans, with coverage and how much is left this year (Pro)
- Packages and sessions remaining (Pro)
- Billing: invoices and what's owing
- Text message consent for text reminders
Every change to a client's record is logged, so there's a history of who changed what and when.
