Deactivating a client
Hide a client you no longer see without losing their records.
When you stop seeing a client, deactivate them instead of deleting.
- 1Open the client's profile.
- 2Choose Deactivate and pick a reason.
Deactivated clients are hidden from your active list, but their records, notes and invoices are kept. You can reactivate them any time.
Good to know
Health records must be kept for a set number of years, so clients with visits, notes or invoices can't be permanently deleted. CliniqSync checks this for you.
