Recording consent for text messages
Clients must agree before you text them.
Before CliniqSync sends a client text reminders, you need their agreement.
- 1Ask the client if they'd like text reminders.
- 2If they agree, turn on text messages on their profile. The date is recorded.
If a client replies STOP, they're opted out automatically.
