Birthday, rebooking and review emails
Friendly automatic emails that bring clients back.
This feature is part of the Pro plan, and is included during your free trial.
Turn each one on in Settings → Notifications. They're all off until you choose them.
- Birthday emails: a warm note on the client's birthday with a link to book.
- Rebooking nudges: a friendly reminder when a client hasn't been in for a set number of days and has nothing booked.
- Review requests: after a completed visit, a short email asking for a Google review.
Good to know
Review requests only send once your Google review link is added in Settings → Business info → Links in emails. In your Google Business Profile, click Ask for reviews and copy the link.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and clients who unsubscribe stop receiving these emails.
