Text message reminders

Reminders clients confirm by replying C.

This feature is part of the Pro plan, and is included during your free trial.

Text reminders are included on Pro (up to 500 a month).

  • They're sent at the same time as the email reminder, and only between 8 am and 9 pm.
  • Clients confirm by replying C. The appointment then shows as Confirmed on your calendar.
  • Other replies, such as CANCEL or questions, are emailed to you.
  • Only clients who've agreed to texts receive them. Turn texts on for each client on their profile.

Turn text reminders on or off in Settings → Business info → Reminders.
