Appointment reminder emails
Automatic reminders that cut no-shows.
Email reminders are on by default.
- 1Go to Settings → Business info → Reminders.
- 2Choose to send them 24 or 48 hours before the appointment.
Each reminder includes a link for the client to reschedule or cancel themselves.
